Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boise, ID)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Boise, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
