Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Corner Markets Group is a Boise retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
