Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boise, ID)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Partners is a Boise manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
