Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
