Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Austin, TX)

Bright Keystone Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Austin. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
