Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Atlanta, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
