Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Nova Meadow Markets Partners and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be user accounts and access. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
