Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Meridian Foods Group is a Atlanta food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
