Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Anchorage, AK)

Silverline Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Anchorage, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our user accounts and access. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
