Senior IT Support Specialist - user accounts and access (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Forge Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on user accounts and access for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
