Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Sable Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
