Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tulsa, OK)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Tulsa, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
