Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
