Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Fern Energy is an energy provider in Tucson focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
