Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Ivory Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
