Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Drift Legal Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
