Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Iron Construction is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 281 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
