Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
