Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Cedar Hospitality is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
