Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Drift Health Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
