Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Seattle, WA)

Nova Ridge Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Seattle, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
