Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Summit Community Partners is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
