Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Ashton Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
