Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Field Insurance is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
