Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Oak Health is a healthcare provider in Sacramento with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
