Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Legal Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 270 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
