Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Rochester, NY)

Greenridge Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
