Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Silverline Haven Construction Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
