Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Reno, NV)

Silverline Clear Health is a healthcare provider in Reno with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 562 people based in Reno. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
