Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Reno. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
