Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Northwind Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Providence area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
