Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Highbridge Quill Health is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
