Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Group and adding a Senior IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
