Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Rivermark Mill Facilities is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
