Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Nova Health is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
