Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Northwind Bridge Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Boise area, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
