Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Silverline Drift Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Tucson. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
