Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Rivermark Pine Markets Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
