Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Silverline Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Orlando with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
