Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Associates is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
