Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
