Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Summit Wren Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
