Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Northwind Bridge Foods Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
