Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Fernwood Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Nashville area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
