Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Clearpath Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
