Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Northwind Harbor Hospitality is a hospitality company in El Paso with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 672 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
