Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Silverline Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
