Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Rivermark Linden Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
