Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Thistle Water Authority Group is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
