Senior IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (remote)

Lumen Vista Markets serves neighbourhoods around Fort Worth with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
